### **Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing client concerns and resolving any issues they may encounter.

- **Service Excellence:** - Implement strategies to improve client relationships and promote a positive client experience. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Hilton’s products, services, and special promotions to effectively meet client needs. - Conduct follow-ups to ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved satisfactorily.

- **Collaboration & Teamwork:** - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to contribute to a cohesive service experience. - Share insights and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing overall service quality.

- **Adaptability & Problem Solving:** - Adapt to changing client needs and company policies, demonstrating flexibility in managing various situations. - Identify and escalate complex issues to higher management, while also proposing effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

- **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and track all service-related activities diligently. - Provide feedback on client trends and experiences to contribute to service enhancements and operational efficiencies.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience & Education:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry. - High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address client needs proactively. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new tools quickly.

- **Personality Traits:** - Passionate about customer service, always striving for excellence and willing to go the extra mile. - Dedicated and reliable; displays a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.

- **Soft Skills:** - Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and challenges. - Effective teamwork skills, possessing the ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues across various departments.
